Ann: Reponse to ASX Query, page-8

I do wonder if an external 3d party (of which I won't name) prompted the ASX to make such enquiries of Nearmap? I mean, if I had a massive short in a company that is gaining market traction here and in the US I'd resort to any kind of tactic to suppress the share price short term because it's a losing game.

A public announcement like this just fuels short term panic whereas longer term- Nearmap appear to have all the answers both for this litigation AND their current market offering/technology. Desperate measures by desperate parties- almost makes me want to cancel my Tamarama SFLC membership!?




Ps - I don't live anywhere near Tamarama.
