Long time holder I'd start dipping your toes in the water and slowly accumulate over time until you're happy with your parcel size.
You've already mentioned you think it's currently at a decent discount.
Maybe it will fall more, nobody knows...
Just don't end up doing nothing with analysis paralysis and missing a decent move up.
Short term holder, well.. good luck.
