What I was hoping would happen is that the previous ATO experience would set them on the path of least resistance and not sail so close to the wind with their accounting that results in stupid court cases that they might possibly or probably will win but the shareholders just really don't need the drama and the resultant stagnation of share price. Too much to ask it seems.

Hopefully an offtake or two or something else good happens soon.
