Right, so they are forced to tell us this, and after we get a writ for $45mil, so it only now noticed as being ineffective and announced after a prod from ASX...? It's not like this docuemt is new to them - HELLO, speacial meeting about the darn thing this evening!!!!

What other "ineffective" dealings are covered in the document!!!!
