Only Opinion The problem here looks almost identical to one that I had experienced in the past. I would tend to believe that the investors which have committed either require some changes to the terms of acquisition with Itafos, or there are issues with Itafos itself in delivering a clear path of acquisition at this stage. Notably , I read it as St George granting an extension to Itafos.. Regardless, if some tweaking in the terms are on the cards, now is the time to do it.. I do think the funding has been committed and that some tweaking or approval is outstanding. Obviously if they don't come to terms then it's back to square one, but it is a great deal for Itafos , one that I would expect that they will be trying to conclude
