@biag .. in the announcement there is nothing of the sort, the following is clearly stated....
"St George is seeking an extension to the voluntary suspension to enable the Company to finalise the funding of the Araxa Project."
There is nothing mentioned about changing terms of deal at all. It's pretty common language I've seen in the past of deals that eventually get extinguished (including some I've been caught on), because the company can't raise the funds..
