No, you don't!! There is nothing "economically viable" about the project in Brazil, which is why Itafos is so desperate to sell it!!
The cap cost alone was over $US600M in the Itafos PEA, over 12 years ago, based on Niobium and REE prices higher than today. That $US600M price tag is likely much higher today as all mining cap costs have gone through the roof.
Where would SGQ get such funds from, if they have so much difficulty raising just $A15M???
The concept that just because sGQ will buy it and add huge value, then flog it, is delusional at best. The project has been known about for over a decade and no-one else is interested....
