Looking through SGQ's announcements, it appears that the brokered Tranche 2 placement at 2.5 cents (750m shares to raise $18.75m approved by shareholders in early October) has yet to settle and have opted for an unbrokered $3m placement at 2 cents. Plenty of questions on settlement risk but not many answers while they remain undercover in a rolling suspension
