I have been following this company for awhile, mostly out of morbid curiosity and i was wondering if anyone had any opinions what sort of timeline they have going forward? They almost half way through the year already and from things i've been reading it doesn't seem to be picking up.

It seems they have some small contracts and supposedly a couple of big ones there too but it seems that everything i read says they either have no money, or are running out of money as they continue to try and raise more just to continue.

How much longer can they do this, and what could they possibly do to prevent further decline so we might see them pull out of the slump? Does anyone know anything about how the company itself runs beyond its externally obvious finances? I'm not even sure where you could even try and find this out.
