Well if the first 900k goes to note holders and with their huge cash burn it won’t last long! Not to mention the overhang of shares from disgruntled holders. This thing could blow itself up in no time IMHO.
If it goes into admin it raises even more serious concerns about the directors to because they shut down the rights issue early saying they had enough funds.
