Relaxed - do you think there is any chance of negotiating on the 900K with the $1200K injection and this is part of the delay? Seems that apart from getting the note holders agreed management input and direction would be expected with any injection and at minimum independent and new parties are needed as part of any deal. At least MD should step aside?
