The ASX has raised concerns arising from the Company’s application for in-principle advice, refer ASX announcement of earlier today (3 November 2018), which the Company must first satisfy the ASX in relation to, before it can proceed with the re- compliance process. It is noted that admission to the official list is in ASX’s absolute discretion and ASX may grant or refuse admission without giving any reasons.
