Hi sharr7, the primary issue is that WFE is transitioning to a producer in circumstances where they do not have a JORC defined resource. Therefore the ASX considers them to now be an industrial stock, rather than a mining exploration stock. As WFE isn't following the traditional pathway to production of: exploration -> define resource -> PFS -> DFS -> design plant -> construct plant & start miningthe ASX determined they needed to do some DD on the transition and required WFE to undergo recompliance and issue a new prospectus reflecting their different listing category.
