Ruin one's reputation in the corporate world for $450k...???

I know integrity & ethics isn't high up on the list of prerequisites for ASX traded companies, but I believe reputation is.

I always review the corporate structure & management prior to investing in a business.

For whatever the reasons here, misleading, deceit, fall guy/s, I will not be investing in another business that has MA or AC on the starting roster.
