I very much doubt after resigning he’d come back. I got the impression it was a resignation as opposed to standing down pending a review.

If he has failed in his duties of being Chairman, or broken asx/asic rules, then he has done the right thing in resigning. If on the other hand he has merely taken responsibility for other peoples failings, then that is a shame, as Morila was his baby and if executed correctly can be great again.

As for being chairman of Leo, we just don’t know the facts so let’s not pass judgement until we see what happened.
