I have looked around and i cannot find an example of another company walking from a subsidiary like @WoodySpoon is saying it’s ok to do. No if the same BOD and Mangement making the day to day decisions.

@WoodySpoon you must have an example to share if this is what you think is acceptable??? yes?

For the life of me I can’t see why FFX financials are Morilla SA numbers if that is not FFX financials.

However i am a mere Pygmy in this area so happy to be shown a different view.
