    Actually i think we can read something into the words 'Fulsome Update in the near future'...

    To me that indicates that there will be a resolution presented and quite soon (although admittedly, that could stretch out to towards the end of the month re the latest announcement).

    So , I'm still quite optimistic about the future of the company - given that email from and to @BargainSally and the latest quarterly reports.
