That was before 4 things happened.
1. Plant hadnt started operating and subsequently been cared for like a English soccer fan in Croatia.
2. They hadnt started the political struggles for people to retain jobs far beyond usefulness.
3. They hadnt realised stockpiling pre-mined and crushed sulphide ore leads to oxidation, leads to crap recovery. and;
4. They didnt have any need to "balance" books far beyond scheduled release date...
