I would suggest the HCT has asked for a smaller repayment over a longer time frame, now they must go back and alter their repayment plan that can keep both the courts happy to except and keep HCT a going concern....

Which ever way you look at it HCT has been a loss making company from the get-go, they have $49k in the bank and do not make money....

How can this payment be made and further more how ois the $3m going to be paid for the other court case they lost?

Only shareholders hurting and are going to hurt for a very long time thats even if this payment plan gets approved,

If it does get approved i can see admin, wages and marketing soaring even higher for the next few quarters before imho i see the closure of HCT
