More fully:
"at this stage expects the voluntary suspension to remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of the proposed equity raising and the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 April 2020." (emphasis added)
Now read the Proposed Issue of Securities announcement (p.1):
"Trading resumes on an ex-entitlement basis (ex date)
Tuesday April 7, 2020"
Naturally it's not done until it's done, but they're saying they expect trading to resume tomorrow...
