There is something rotten with the management who are mostly part of the mining corporate mob in Perth, and Nutrawerx saw that. You can sense the apathy towards the shareholders in the announcement.
My guess is there ego's insisted on being on the board of the new company and they where told to get f*ed. Don't be surprised to see another shell turn into Linnabis botanics and in a short time scale too.
Would like to know if the BBY trust money is still safe and when the deal collapsed.
Also would be happy to help in reporting them to the ASX.
