spot on - there is no way in hell imo from historical performance this is even near ready to launch .1.50 on android and IOS ... 1.32 let alone 1.30 was not even close to being ready... so they used ios as a cover...................
There is no excuse for the performance of management - the app i can understand but management i cannot.
I would lose contracts, $$$$, credibility and everything else in the private sector if i delivered at this level.
