What a horror show?

Hopefully BAL will be the last with Australian corporate regulation being as poor as this. The accounting and corporate governance appears to be a black box and totally indecipherable.

I think the best Christmas present is a new Prime Minister, new corporate regulator and new initiatives to get Australian corporates working in the interests of the shareholders and not the overpaid executives at the very top.

When even New Zealand is getting a new corporate code, Australia is doing nothing with a Prime Minister and Finance Minister who seem asleep at the wheel.
