Interesting that it says or implies that a lower share price will significantly affect its ability to complete a transaction. If the recapitalisation is as brutal as many predict, then I wouldn't have thought a lower share price would have any effect. So perhaps a slight glimmer of hope regarding the share price if it ever resumes trading
