    'A failure to negotiate and complete the transactions, given the Company's current liquidity issues, is critical to the Company's continued solvency.'

    One would think that success in negotiating and completing the transactions is what's critical to the company's continued solvency.

    Maybe they're too busy to proofread their announcements.
