todays ANN is simple:

QIN won't let sp trading until a deal is inked....

so a VWAP with certain days might already got set as the basis of the Debt/equity transactions, so No one will be silly to let sp trading until deal signed...

so why people still not happy?

at least A and B will reach a agreement and it could take as long as they need....and the outcome should save QIN and the rest holders, include FW....

it would be better to see deal signed to calm down market and SP reopen at 50c or above and i believe it is good for the majority shareholders benefits than a few whoever and non holders...
