for me the following statements basically add up to the same thing:
• forecasted sales / revenues
• guaranteed minimum sales / revenues
• guesstimate of sales / revenues
Why?
because in each event they are subject to unknowables - both positive and negative
Moreover, any large partner of BUD would have 'get out' clauses - not least 'acts of God' which already took place in the Caribbean
And BUD is highly unlikely to sue a large partner
So in the end each is (hopefully) an informed guess as to future sales / revenues - and a 'target' of what is trying to being achieved by corporate partners
I am only interested in these guesses as far as they give some indication of what may lie ahead
What really matters is actual reported sales / revenue
