This is a very disappointing decision by BUD management. If they are staying in suspension so they can finalise a deal with Telstra or anyone else then that is plain wrong and very poor judgement. I would suggest ASX is looking for justification of the $$ in the announcements and management are unable to back it up. ASX does not allow forecasts to be announced by companies like BUD with no history or revenue, but have done this, not good IMO
