FC revenue is must for any organisation for production planning and resource planning. Basically it’s job for sales director / sales personnel and Demand planner. Handshake between Sales and Demand planner - (consensus FC Qty ). Approved by Supply team and Commercial director. Only then Consensesus FC by Pcs convert into FC revenue. There should be enough assumption provided and explanation given by Commercial and sales. In some cases this can be used as legal excuses. May be BUD has not matured their Forecasting methodology yet.
