Request for Extension of Voluntary Suspension
Buddy Platform Limited (“Company”) (ASX: BUD) refers to its request for an extension of its
voluntary suspension on 6th February 2018.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests a further extension of the
voluntary suspension.
• The suspension is requested pending the Company finalising its response to an ASX
Aware Query;
• The Company requests that the suspension remain in place until the earlier of the
Company making an announcement or the commencement of trading on 19th
February 2018;
• The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be
granted; and
• The Company confirms that it is not aware of any further information necessary to
inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
