The reason companies go into a TH (Trading halt) or suspension is because they have an important ann (announcement) that will effect the SP (share price). And since the share market is meant to be a even playing field companies have to go into a TH before important ann so that if people heard details about what the company is doing before the ann is officially announced they cannot buy in.
