    No possibly about it. That did happen and VEC requested a trading halt followed by suspension.
    The ASX didn't impose the suspension. It has all been at the request of the company, as per the announcements.

    My opinion is that there is a material reason coming soon otherwise the company would have stated something to the contrary as a response to the initial speeding ticket...
