    If they fully update the market, thereby removing the speculation then the market is allowed to trade, as it is fully informed.

    It's pretty simple actually. Put out an announcement saying where they are at and that they are going about their business and know no other reason as to why the company should not be able to re-commence trading and we are away.

    The suspension is a butt covering exercise for Management who are aware of a leaky ship when it comes to information coming out and we the shareholders are made to suffer (albeit hopefully only short term) for these leaks. The remedy is to fully inform us and let's get moving!!

    All this guff about speculation and dumping/ramping is folly. If people want to buy on the information, they will buy... if they want to sell, they will sell. That's the beauty of the free market.
