So according to your theory the Ann could come on 25th of September 2020 and the Company could just refer back to this announcement and argue they didn't need to inform the market prior to the date mentioned in the Ann (ie 11 January 2019)?

Is the 11 January 2019 date just "guidance"?

May as well just say "We'll be back trading when we release the Ann referred to in paragraph 1, whenever that is. Cheers all"...
