Perhaps it’s the ASX that requested this extra approval from the DRC side. You don’t go into a TH for 2 days still requiring signatures or approvals.
Looks every bit the announcement was put in front of the ASX to call the TH and the suspension is now necessary to get this “add-on” approval in country.
i hope someone has got on a plane flown their in person sorted this first hand.
