If you're in breach of your contract then you have to jump through as many hoops the govt dept will throw at you ! Simple as that. As well as waiting when they are ready - not us .....
As frustrating as this is for all of us .... the resource is still in the ground ... remembering it is a spec stock ( anything can happen and most likely will ) so the odds of doing your doh are quite high.
