The top 2 shareholders own something like 15% of the stock between them. They are mates and created CCZ from companies they owned previously. They put in Alan Armstrong and they will decide if he goes.

Other major shareholders are investors found by Hartleys and are apparently supportive of CCZ and management.

While I'm sure would could round up 5% to call a vote it would just take a few phone calls to round up the holders, who are all in Perth, to get the votes to vote they way they want.

The way to make change is to put a case to the major shareholders and encourage them to do something. Or just hope that they are sick of this as much as we are. I suspect though they act as Alans boss and have as much to do with the running of the company as he does.
