If this was just a buy in or a purchase of a project any due diligence should have been completed by now - I'm inclined to think at this stage that the length of time negotiations have been going on might well indicate as had been speculated that a return to Mt Morgan is being negotiated.
Any return would presumably require all the parties to agree which was an issue previously and might be taking time, presumably would also be contingent on gaining final approval from government and also firming up of the project financial viability given the issues the previous BOD identified before their hurried exit.
Time will tell - nothing might eventuate or we end up with some obscure project in the middle of Africa
