You would assume there must have been something lodged with the ASX or they would have been formally suspended by the ASX who would have notified shareholders - I searched the ASX regs and could find nothing relevant to this particular situation - I can't imagine you can nominate a date and just let it pass without something being lodged, if you can why bother lodging each time previously when the specified date fell due?
