Surely not. Unless LNG9 have pulled their offer why wouldn't 1st Wall Street provide funds? No doubt those two are talking behind LNGL's back to confirm with one another that the deal is still going ahead.

I'll be astonished if 90% of holders don't jump at the T/O offer. Market conditions may have changed things tho.

But remember our valued and experienced management team saw this T/O as the best opportunity amongst many others, so of course it'll work out.......
