It was pretty evident as soon as the BOD didn't participate in the company transformation CR where this was headed IMO. If you aren't willing to stick your hands in your own pocket and invest then how can your words like manifold opportunities be believed.

The lack of clarity around shareholders of MCL also never gave me much faith. AK owned a rather minor portion of what was touted to be his baby. No figures on how much equity was provided by the major shareholder for their stake which makes it hard to estimate what they'll be willing to sell CGB down to once their shares are released from escrow if they want out.
