Ann: Request for extension of voluntary suspension, page-34

I'm sure your are well versed with my sentiment regarding CGB.
I have not posted lately but would like to ask a question of you based on my research on CGB and also COVID-19.
My continuing research on CGB and ASX releases has lead me to this Google search of "Research Initiatives" and this one came up this definition.

'Researchers Initiative Program. The Researchers Initiative (RI) pairs students in Global Crossroads, Health Professions, Intersections, and Women in Math, Science, and Engineering Living-Learning Communities with faculty mentors to work on various aspects of research. Students apply in fall and work in spring.'

This is a clearly a USA release, but do you personally think that the proposed Ann is COVID-19 related as the ASX is really clamping down on anything COVID lately?
