The entire Board should resign and all entitlements in the way of recent shares or bonuses stripped. They have miserably failed at internal governance. To placate angry investors the company should as a compensation offer a bonus issue of free options, say 1 for 5 shares with a 2 year expiry date for shares held prior to this debacle, and Board members not entitled to this. Plus an explanation of why the oversight took place, who precisely was responsible for ensuring regulatory paperwork is kept up-to-date and what actions have been initiated to ensure it does not re-occur.
