The chief picked the delay just like he did last few times and hes remained upbeat when doing so. Odds are they are lining up a number of things all at the same time on the back of the recent Ukraine purchase. I would rather they get things right than simply get things done so more than happy with another delay. What ever the case we are a few days closer to knowing team!
