I think you will find like many TM has and does remain on several Boards for other entities. It is common/normal in business for talent to spread across many entities. It means nothing in terms of Volt in fact it absolutely means nothing at all as long as individuals can manage their workloads/demands and any perceived conflicts are declared as part of normal business protocols. You are raising concerns that have no foundation at all in terms of his legal rights.
