thanks stan for your input, very informative and factual, i also anticipate and expected a CR next 3 months to fund these capital works for heating and plumping, also i can only guess but machinery maintenance, heavy vehicle repairs and other hidden maintenance costs.

another question ive been mulling over is what arrangement volt will have with the 30% partner regarding the above costs, will this 30% partner hinder upgrades, maintenance due to lack of funds etc, do they even have the funds to go in the same direction! is the heating and plumbing paid 70% only by volt etc.
