As a shareholder of CGB, as you have stated. Why dont you send CGB management a question and have them clarify and clear up the whole GMP question for you? You seem to be going around it the hard way and asking posters on HotCopper for answers. Isn't that frustrating if you are genuinely searching? I am sure we would all like to know the answers as it is attracting more commentary and interest here.
