Well, let me help you clear that up a little. Thanks for raising it.

Here is what I understand GMP is from touring a factory on numerous occasions and spending time talking to technicians and management of facilities who operate under GMP conditions.

GMP - Good Manufacturing practices
GMP has 5 main components as I was shown.
1. The People (training and auditing with an onsite auditor)
2. The Processes involved in producing the ingredients and the finished products
3. The Procedures (steps to production with each step recorded and audited)
4. The Premises (sterilisation protocols - clean air rooms with rotation and recycling of air for contaminants and third party inspections)
5. The Products (consistency and stability in efficacy and delivery of each individual tablet, pill, or capsule sealed in approved delivery containers after filling)

I am pretty confident I know what GMP practices are.
