Here's what I will be looking for. 1. How many shares will have been handed over to whomsoever and at what value? 2. The cost to shareholders. 3. Projected earnings from the acquisition (pfft). 4. The structure of the deal. 5. Does it advance their core business (which can be difficult to ascertain)?
I guess there is the stated mission, "Leverage the partnership of nature and science to deliver effective, natural & innovative solutions for better health, wellness & quality of life for people and the planet."
Perhaps they purchased the local pharmacy - at least that may have made more revenue than they scraped together in the last quarter.
