Kinda wondering if they've been using this as an excuse for the suspension extensions, as in it hasn't been possible to go ahead with the proposed acquisition while this case is still in the courts. Probably not though as I'd have thought it would have to be mentioned.
About time there was a result anyway - it's been going on since July. An external law firm having to be paid since then is crazy when one or two of the BoD could handle it for no extra cost whatsoever.
